6. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping and delivery policies are as follows:

• Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
• Delivery Timeframes: Delivery times vary by location. Typically, metro cities receive orders within 3–5 business days, while other areas may take 5–8 business days. Remote locations may require additional time.
• Shipping Charges: Standard shipping is ₹99 per order. Orders above ₹1,499 qualify for free standard shipping. Express shipping options may be available at additional cost.
• Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through our website or the courier's tracking system.
• Delivery Estimates: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to courier issues, weather conditions, holidays, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
• Multiple Shipments: Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages to ensure timely delivery.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address provided. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction:

• Return Period: Unused products in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. This excludes consumable items like markers, paints, and inks unless defective.
• Non-Returnable Items: Opened consumables (markers, paints, inks, pastels), personalized items, and products marked as "final sale" cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
• Defective Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

• Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. Use a trackable shipping method for returns.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:

• Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests will be processed only if the order hasn't shipped.
• After Shipping: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must follow the return policy instead.
